3. Offers and Agreements

3.1 All offers on our website are non-binding and can be changed or withdrawn by us at any time.

3.2 An agreement is concluded when we confirm your order in writing (by email).

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 All prices on our website include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Payment must be made via the payment methods indicated on our website.

4.3 In the event of late payment, we are entitled to immediately terminate the agreement or suspend the (further) delivery of products.

5. Delivery

5.1 We aim to deliver orders within 7 working days.

5.2 We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, such as carriers.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

6.1 You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days after receipt of the products without giving any reason.

6.2 During the withdrawal period, you must handle the products and packaging with care.

6.3 You may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending us an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

6.4 You will be responsible for the costs of returning the products.

7. Warranty and Complaints

7.1 We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer and the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability.

8.1 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

11.1 These general terms and conditions and the agreements concluded between you and Domination Fightwear are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

11.2 Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
